Mr. Bernard Joe Appeah is the Group CEO of Pentax Management Consultancy Services Ltd with branches in Ghana, Nigeria and Liberia. He is an accomplished Development Management Consultant, Trainer and Motivational Speaker with both local and international work experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon. Joe also has a Diploma in Project Management from ILO, Turin, Italy; a Post-experience Diploma in investment Management from the University of Bradford, England; and a Diploma in Training Management and Adult Training from the International Department and Adult Training from the International Department of the Aarhus University in Denmark.
On Corporate Governance practice, Joe has served on over thirty (30) Boards of Institutions ranging from Financial, Pharmaceutical, Education, Hospitality and Public Institutions as well as Ministerial Advisory Boards; over ten (10) of which he presided as a Board Chairman. Mr. Appeah is the immediate past Board Chairman of Atiwa Kwanwoma Rural Bank (AKRB), the largest Rural Bank in Ghana; a Member of the Advisory Board of the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (MLGRD), Ghana; a Board Member, African Business Advisors hosted in South Africa; a Board Member of Global Access Savings and Loans Ltd. and a Board member of the Central Regional Development Commission. (CEDECOM) where he also serves as Sub-Committee Chairman for Trade, Investment and Tourism in the field of finance and microfinance, he was the first Ghanaian Consultant to the National Banking College and one of the two Consultants who formulated the Ghana Microfinance Policy document after study tours to good practice microfinance countries including Uganda, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Peru and Bolivia.

Awulae Attibrukusu III, known in private life as Mr. Eddie Kofi Arthibah is a Traditional Ruler and a Businessman. He is the President of the Western Region House of Chiefs and also Vice President of the National House of Chiefs and a Standing Committee Member. He served the Western Region House of Chiefs as Vice President for two successive terms from 1998-2004. He was also the Chairman of the Research Committee of the House for six (6) years and a member of the National House of Chiefs for nine (9) years.
He attended Roman Catholic Primary School at Behin, and Takoradi Experimental Middle School. Awulae furthered his studies at Nkroful Agriculture College from 1982-1986. He worked with the Ministry of Agriculture for 4 years.
He resigned and was Enstooled as Omanhene of ouse of House of Chiefs and a Standaing coHohLower Axim Traditional Area on 10th August, 1988.
He is a member of Lands Commission Western Region; Board Member, Prestea Sankofa Gold Mine; and Board Member/. Ghana National Petroleum Company (GNPC). He is married with five (5) children.

Mr. Edward Forkuo Kyei is the Managing Director of GLICO Life Insurance Company. He is Chartered Insurance with ACII certification from the United Kingdom. He holds an MBA in Finance and Advance Strategic Management and an Msc in insurance and Risk Management from Cardiff Business School, (Wales, United Kingdom) and Cass Business School, City University London, (United Kingdom) respectively. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Development Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi.
His wealth of professional knowledge and experience in the corporate world and insurance industry in particular is also owed to the numerous international and local conferences attended, booth as a participant and a resource person. Some of these conferences include: the Micro insurance Summit – London, United Kingdom; AIO-Abuja, Nigeria; West Africa Insurance Institute (WAII) short course on Life Assurance Products, Accra, Ghana; course on Senior Executive Development organized by MDPI- Accra, Ghana among other important courses and seminars.
As recognition of his distinguished abilities, Mr. Forkuo Kyei has also been appointed member of the Board of Directors of many organisations including: GLICO Financial Services Ltd.; Millennium Real Estates Investments Limited; Tano Dumasi Cassava Processing Company, Accra; Gemni Health Care, Glico Life Insurance Company and Glico General Insurance Company.
He has been a member of the Assemblies of God Church since 1983 and has served on the Board of Liberty Centre Assemblies of God Church, Accra for over a decade. He is married with children.

Mr. Baba Mahama is a Chartered Accountant (Ghana) and a Chartered Insurer, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast, and an MBA from the University of Manchester.
He retired voluntary in June 2009 as the President of the Ghana Insurers Association, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Vanguard Assurance Company Limited. Baba has gained considerable business exposure by holding directorships and Chairman Positions across various industries.
Currently he sits on ten (10) active Boards which include All Nations University, Koforidua; National Insurance Commission, World Vision Ghana, four companies in the Vanguard Group, AGREDS and Scripture Union, Ghana. He is a Financial and Management Consultant.
Baba is married to Janet and they are blessed with three children.

Mr. Smith-Graham is the Chief Executive of Fair Wages and Salaries Commission. Before his appointment by H.E. the President, Prof. J.E. A. Mills, he was a Senior Vice President, and Head of Human Capital Management and Administration of Databank Group. He is an experienced Human Resource Management professional with over 20 years working experience. Before joining Databank, he was the human Resource Manager of the Forestry Commission of Ghana (FC) a multi-divisional organization. As the Human Resource Manager, he was very instrumental in the transformation of the Forestry Commission from a predominantly civil service organization into a corporate organization. He is very experienced in organizational change and transformation, job evaluations, performance management, salary negotiations among others.
He is currently a research student with the University of South Africa (UNISA) pursuing Doctor of Business Leadership. He also holds an international Executive Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the Paris Graduate School of Management – Paris, France, a Graduate Diploma in Management from the International Professional Managers Association, U.K. and a degree in Economics Planning from the Republic of Cuba.
Professionally, he is a Certified International Professional Manager (CIPM) from the International Professional Managers Association, UK. He is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the West African Federation of Institutions of Administration and Management Consultants (WAFIAMC), a Chartered management Consultants – Ghana, and a Professional member of the Institute of Business Consulting, U.K. he is also a professional member of Human Capital Institute (HCI), USA and a member of HCI’s international research group.

Rev. Dr. J. B. Ghartey is the General Secretary of Assemblies of God, Ghana. He serves as the Senior Pastor of Ebenezer Assembly of God, Kotobabi – Accra. He is a Senior Lecturer and a past Dean of the School of Theology and Missions at Central University College, Accra; his area of expertise being the Biblical Languages and Old Testament Studies.
Dr. Ghartey holds a Bachelor of Theology and Master of Divinity from Kenya, and a Doctor of Theology from International Theological Seminary, Florida, USA, as well as an honorary doctorate. He is currently involved in a Doctor of Philosophy research programme with the University of South Africa (UNISA). He is the author of several books including God’s Programme for Time and Eternity; Understanding the Names of God; Let’s Arise and Build and the all-time popular Marriage Means More. He is a renowned conference speaker and a regular resource person for religion conference speaker and a regular resource person for religious and national issues on radio and television.
He is the President of the Foundation for Fruitful Families (a family enrichment & Counseling ministry). He presents “Fruitful Family”, a weekly marriage counseling programme both on Multi TV and Asempa F.M.
Dr. Ghartey lives in Accra with his wife Veronica, and they are blessed with Juanita, Jonathan and Jerimiah.

Dr. Kwabena Duffuour is the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning of the Republic of Ghana and retired Governor of the Bank of Ghana. He served as the Chairman of Star Assurance Company and Unibank Ghana Limited among others. An economist by profession, he is a native of Kumawu in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. He attended Prempeh College and obtained Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics at the University of Ghana, He holds a PhD from the University of Syracuse, New York, 1979. He also possesses two Masters’ degree – MBA in Finance and Banking and an MA in Economics. His working experience spans 33 years. He worked first with the Volta River Authority (VRA) immediately after completing his first degree in Economics. Thereafter he worked with the Ghana Commercial Bank and held various positions within the Bank between 1970 and 1979 and between 1980 and 1990 culminating in his appointment as the General Manager of the London Branch of the Bank in 1991. He also served for a year at the IMF Africa Department as an Economist from June 1979. In July 1995 he was appointed the Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana and then the Substantive Governor in July 1997 until 2001.
Dr. Duffuor has served and continues to serve in various capacities as Director or Chairman in Eminent institutions such as Star Assurance Company, State Gold Mining Corporation, Unibank Ghana Limited, Shell Ghana Limited, Accra Brewery Limited, Ecobank (Abidjan, Cote d’lvoire). Ashanti Goldfields Company and Ghana International Bank PLC, London. He is also a prominent member of various professional bodies including the Advisory Board of the Institute of Social Statistical and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, Legon; Economics Society of Ghana. Association of Rural Banks, Ghana; Member of the Board of Governors of the Tweneboa Kodua Secondary School, Kumawu; and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana etc.

Rev. John Darku is the Executive African Director of Christ For All Nations (CFAN) headed by the renowned International Evangelist, Reinhard Bonke. He has worked with this organization for over 20 years. He has been in ministry since 1986. He is an accredited and Senior Minister in Assemblies of God, Ghana. He holds a Bachelor and Master in Theology degree from International Theological Seminary, Florida- U.S.A.
He has coordinated crusades that have attracted about 1.6 million people attending per night. He has also organized and led CFAN delegations to pay courtesy call on several African Presidents and Heads of State.
Rev. Darko is the CEO of Innolink Printing Press, a Security and Confidential Printing house with over 100 employees. This company is a sponsor of the annual GJA awards. He also chaired the Committee that prepared the Assemblies of God Pastors’ remuneration and retirement benefits in 1987.
Rev. Darko is an international and conference speaker. Apart from his pastoral gifting, he is also a mentor, coach, and ministry consultant to many pastors, leaders and churches. He is married to Mrs. Veronica and they are blessed with 3 children.
Kwame Asamoah Senyah

Mr. Kwame Asamoah Senya is a Kumasi-based business and a well-known philanthropist, serving as the CEO of Promising Stars Hotel Limited, and the M.D. of YESEGYA Enterprise (Trading). He is a native of Jetiase of Nsuta Ashnati.
He stayed and worked in Germany, London, Taiwan and Japan for some years and developed expertise in foreign trading business and world-wide travels. He also worked with Ghana Audit Service, Kumasi.
He was educated at Sunyani Secondary School (O-Level), Ghana National College, Cape Coast (A-Level), and holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management, ICM-London.
Mr. Senya is an able and dynamic leader with entrepreneurial skills. He is Deacon and Sunday School teacher at Redemption Assemblies of God church, Suame, Kumasi. Mr. Senya is married to Theresa and two are blessed with four (4) children. He lives with his family in Kumasi.

Mrs. Mary Bamfo is a Pharmacist by profession and has been practicing since 1974. She worked with GIHOC Pharmaceuticals and then the 37 Military Hospital for five (5) years until she started her own pharmacy.
In 1981 she started a Poultry Farm called Mater Maria Farms and was later joined by her late husband (Col. Rtd. Samuel Bamfo) in 1986. Mater Maria Farms was located at Esaase in the Ashanti Region and had over 100,000 birds. The poultry farm was closed down after she lost her husband in 2000.
Mrs. Mary Bamfo was part of the founding members of Calvary Charismatic Center (CCC) and was the President of the Women’s Ministry for a number of years. She later played a major role in the establishing of Living Waters Assemblies of God in Kumasi, where she also became the President of the Women’s Ministry and a deaconess for 4 years. She later joined Living Way Assemblies of God and also served as a Deaconess for 4 years. She now teaches Sunday School Children and she is also on the Board of Missions in the same church. Over the years, she’s always hosted most visiting Pastors in her home. She has one daughter and two grandchildren.

Mr. George Sarpong is a Legal Practitioner with the Adom Chambers in Kumasi. He is also a lecturer with both the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Social Sciences at KNUST, Kumasi. He is a Principal Consultant with Professional Careers Consortium as well as External Solicitor with the Audit Service in Accra.
Mr. Sarpong holds BL and LLB (Hons) degrees from University of Ghana. He holds LLM FORM University of Hull, U.K.
He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, University Teachers Association of Ghana. International Bar Association and Commonwealth Lawyers Association. He serves as a member of the Council of Garden City university College, Kumasi as well as the Board of Prime Insurance, Accra.
He is the author of five books including Preventive Lawyering in Ghana; and Corruption in the Judiciary in Ghana: Is This Real or a Mere Mirage.
